NHL: Pittsburgh 6, New York Islanders 3

UNIONDALE, N.Y., Dec. 10 (UPI) -- James Neal scored twice and Pascal Dupuis netted the decisive goal Saturday in the Pittsburgh Penguins' 6-3 win over the New York Islanders.

Neal's second goal, his 17th of the year, midway through the second period erased a 3-2 deficit and Dupuis found the net 7 minutes later for the go-ahead tally.

Steve Sullivan added a goal and an assist for Pittsburgh. Matt Cooke and Paul Martin iced the victory with third-period tallies for the Penguins, who broke a two-game losing streak.

Marc-Andre Fluery turned aside 24-of-27 shots to earn the victory.

Kyle Okposo notched a goal and an assist, while Milan Jurcina and David Ullstrom also scored for the Islanders.

Al Montoya allowed six goals on 31 shots for New York.
