VIRGINIA WATER, England, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Martin Kaymer's win at the WGC-HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai pushes him up to No. 4 in the men's world golf rankings.
Kaymer was 9-under-par on the final 12 holes of the tournament in winning the WGC event by three strokes. He was ranked sixth going into the tournament.
Donald, who has a ranking average of 10.473, is No. 1 for a 24th week. McIlroy has an average of 7.514 with Westwood coming in at 7.480 and Kaymer at 7.113.
Dustin Johnson (6.059) and Steve Stricker (6.024) are each knocked down one spot to fifth and sixth, respectively, by Kaymer's move up.
