NFL: Minnesota 34, Arizona 10

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- Adrian Peterson rambled for 122 yards and scored three times Sunday, powering the Minnesota Vikings to their first win of the year, 34-10 over Arizona.

Quarterback Donovan McNabb also notched a rushing touchdown while going 10-of-21 through the air for 169 yards as the Vikings avoided their first 0-5 start since 1962.

Devin Aromashodu racked up 81 yards on four catches in the victory.

Kevin Kolb of the Cardinals (1-4) was held without a TD pass and was intercepted twice, while Beanie Wells gained 60 yards with a score on 20 carries.

Star Arizona receiver Larry Fitzgerald, playing in his hometown of Minneapolis, made four catches for 66 yards.
