GREEN BAY, Wis., Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson has signed a 3-year contract extension, the team announced Monday.
Terms weren't disclosed but the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported it was for $12.6 million with a $3.5 million signing bonus.
Nelson, a four-year veteran, has collected 15 passes for 292 yards and three touchdowns so far this season. He is on a pace for career bests in all three categories.
A second-round pick by Green Bay out of Kansas State in 2008, the 26-year-old has racked up 115 career receptions for 1,560 yards and nine touchdowns.
