NFL: Philadelphia 31, St. Louis 13

ST. LOUIS, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- Juqua Parker returned a fumble 56 yards for a touchdown and Michael Vick tossed a pair of scoring strikes Sunday in Philadelphia's 31-13 win over St. Louis.

The Rams' Sam Bradford stumbled on an attempted roll-out to the left and lost the ball with 4 minutes left in the first quarter. Parker picked it up on a dead run and rumbled into the end zone for the Eagles' first lead at 14-7.

Vick (14-of-32, 187 yards), who also ran the ball 10 times for 98 yards, connected with DeSean Jackson on a six-yard scoring strike late in the third for 24-10 lead in the season opener for both teams.

Jackson made six grabs for 102 yards and LeSean McCoy gained 122 and scored on 15 carries for Philadelphia (1-0).

Bradford went 17-of-30 through the air for 188 yards and was sacked four times for St. Louis (0-1).

He left in the fourth quarter with an injury, walking into the locker room while looking at his right hand. The Rams indicated the quarterback was getting an X-ray on a finger.
