The right-hander collected his first victory in more than a month, a span of six starts, as the Mets won a game that had been rescheduled from Aug. 3 due to a rainout.

Jason Isringhausen hurled a scoreless eighth and Bobby Parnell picked up his second save despite allowing a solo homer to Gaby Sanchez in the ninth.

Justin Turner and Josh Thole drove in New York's runs.

Florida's Anibal Sanchez (7-7) absorbed the loss, yielding a pair of runs on seven hits over six frames while walking four and striking out five.

The loss snapped a six-game Marlins' winning streak at Citi Field.
