BRISTOL, Tenn., Aug. 27 (UPI) -- Brad Keselowski kept his August hot streak rolling Saturday, claiming his second win in four races at the IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Since returning from a broken left ankle and a sore back suffered during a crash while testing Aug. 3 at Road Atlanta, Keselowski has finished no worse than third in four races, including the two wins.
He grabbed the lead from Martin Truex Jr. with less than 80 laps remaining Saturday, then outpaced him at the finish by nearly one second for his third win of the season and the fourth of his Sprint Cup career.
John Gordon finished third after leading most of the race along with Matt Kenseth. Both were slowed after the last round of pit stops under caution.
Jimmie Johnson came in third followed by, Jamie McMurray and Kenseth.
