NFL: Baltimore 31, Kansas City 13

BALTIMORE, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- Fourth-quarter scoring runs by Jalen Parmele, Tyrod Taylor and Anthony Allen Friday lifted the Baltimore Ravens to a 31-13 pre-season win over Kansas City.

Neither first-team offense was productive and Kansas City had a 13-10 lead going into the fourth period.

The Ravens then marched 65, 73 and 41 yards with Taylor in at quarterback to even their exhibition record at 1-1.

Taylor was 5-of-11 for 88 yards and his scoring run came on his only carry of the game. Joe Flacco played the entire first half for Baltimore, completing 12-of-24 for 124 yards.

There were reports after the game that Kansas City rookie wide receiver Jonathan Baldwin got into a fight with running back Thomas Jones in the locker room prior to the contest. Baldwin, the 26th overall choice in this year's draft, appeared to have suffered a thumb injury in the scuffle.

The Chiefs are 0-2 in the pre-season.
