MLS: Chivas USA 1, Kansas City 1 (tie)

KANSAS CITY, Kan., July 9 (UPI) -- Omar Bravo's header in stoppage time Saturday pulled Sporting Kansas City into a 1-1 tie with Chivas USA.

With time running out in the game, Bravo headed home a cross from Kei Kamara for the equalizer, the Mexican international's fourth goal of the season.

The timely goal extended a 10-game unbeaten streak for Kansas City (5- 6-7), which will play nine of its next 10 league games at home where it are 2-0-3.

Nick LaBrocca got the game's opening goal for the Goats (5-7-8) in the 30th minute. He ran onto a Justin Braun through ball and and slid a shot under Sporting's Jimmy Nielsen for his sixth goal of the season.
