CLEVELAND, July 9 (UPI) -- Jose Bautista's second home run of the game came in the 10th inning Saturday, handing the Toronto Blue Jays a 5-4 win over Cleveland.

Bautista's first blast, his 30th of the year, gave the Blue Jays a 2-1 lead in the third.

Then, after the Indians forced an extra inning on Travis Buck's RBI double in the ninth, Bautista struck again, launching a solo shot deep into the left field stands off Chris Perez (2-4) in the next half-inning.

Jon Rauch (3-3) was credited with the win despite allowing Buck's score-tying hit and Shawn Camp earned his first save with a 1-2-3 bottom of the 10th for the Blue Jays, who took a 2-1 lead in their four-game set with the Indians.

Toronto starter Brandon Morrow yielded three runs on three hits in an eight-inning effort.

Grady Sizemore belted a two-run homer for Cleveland.
