The Phillies scored single runs in three consecutive innings with Lee's double to deep right-center driving in Michael Martinez from first in the fourth starting the string.
The next inning Ryan Howard connected with a drive the other way to left that ended up in the seats for his 15th home run of the year.
Those runs were charged to Javier Vazquez (3-7). The Phillies got to him for eight hits and two walks in five innings.
