MLB: Cincinnati 7, Los Angeles Dodgers 2

LOS ANGELES, June 15 (UPI) -- Scott Rolen drove in three runs and Travis Wood pitched six strong innings Wednesday, helping Cincinnati sweep the Los Angeles Dodgers with a 7-2 win.

Rolen provided a score-tying RBI double in the second and triggered a four-run rally in the next frame with a run-scoring single. The Reds' third baseman added another RBI double in the fourth.

Fred Lewis and Ryan Hanigan each drove in two runs as Cincinnati swept Los Angeles at Dodger Stadium for the first time since 2004.

Wood (5-4) held the Dodgers to one run, overcoming five walks while striking out two as the Reds turned a pair of double plays behind him.

Dodgers starter Chad Billingsley (5-6) was pounded for seven runs on nine hits before being yanked after four innings. He also walked four while striking out three.

Juan Uribe and Marcus Thames drove in runs for Los Angeles.
