MLB: Minnesota 3, Cleveland 2 (10 innings)

CLEVELAND, June 8 (UPI) -- Ben Revere drove in two runs, including the game-winner in the 10th inning, and scored another Wednesday in helping Minnesota to a 3-2 win over Cleveland.

Revere ended with three hits and got Twins closer Matt Capps off the hook after Capps gave up a two-out home run in the ninth that forced the extra inning.

Capps (2-3), despite the blown save, collected the win and Phil Dumatrait got his first save with a one-hit 10th inning.

Capps got the first two outs in the ninth before Jack Hannahan tied the score with a shot to right-center that just cleared the wall. It was his fifth home run of the season.

Drew Butera doubled with two outs in the Minnesota 10th and Revere sliced a single to left-center. The throw home bounced high and off catcher Lou Marson, allowing Butera to score.

Revere delivered a two-out single in the third inning that drove in Luke Hughes and made the score 2-0 in the sixth when he scored on Justin Morneau's double.

The Indians stayed within striking distance with Grady Sizemore's lead-off home run in the bottom of the sixth.
