PITTSBURGH, June 4 (UPI) -- Pittsburgh's Charlie Morton yielded two runs over seven innings Saturday, logging his first career victory against Philadelphia in a 6-3 Pirates win.
Morton (6-2) allowed six hits and two walks while striking out five en route to the win, which allowed the Pirates to clinch their three-game series against the Phillies.

Andrew McCutchen went 3-for-4, driving in runs with a first-inning single and a seventh-inning double, while Lyle Overbay added a run-scoring double among his three hits for Pittsburgh.
Kyle Kendrick (3-4) let in four runs on eight hits over five frames for Philadelphia, which lost its fourth straight and fifth in six games.
Placido Polanco collected an RBI for the Phillies.
