BRIDGEVIEW, Ill., May 28 (UPI) -- Chicago's Cory Gibbs found the net in the 80th minute Saturday, salvaging a 2-2 for the Fire against the San Jose Earthquakes.

Gibb struck a diving header off a cross from Baggio Husidic, beating goalkeeper Jon Busch and ensuring that the Fire (1-4-6) claimed a point from the match.

Dominic Oduro scored in the 57th for Chicago, erasing a 1-0 deficit created 7 minutes earlier when Ramiro Corrales headed home a corner kick from Anthony Ampaipitakwong for the Quakes.

Chris Wondolowski's sixth goal of the year in the 74th had given San Jose (3-4-4) a short-lived 2-1 lead.

The Earthquakes stretched their unbeaten streak to four games, while Chicago played its ninth match without a victory.
