BOSTON, April 15 (UPI) -- Jose Bautista's go-ahead RBI single in the seventh inning triggered a four-run rally Friday that carried the Toronto Blue Jays to a 7-6 win over Boston.
Bautista's hit gave the Jays their first lead of the night at 4-3 and Adam Lind and Aaron Hill added run-scoring singles in the big inning for Toronto, which came back from a 3-0 deficit.
Corey Patterson added a two-run triple and Travis Snyder stroked a game-tying RBI double in the sixth for the Blue Jays.
Toronto's Brett Cecil (1-1) started and yielded three runs on two hits over six frames, walking four and fanning five.
Boston lost for the 10th time in 12 games to start the season.
Reliever Bobby Jenks (0-1) was saddled with the loss, surrendering all four seventh-inning runs on four hits and a walk.
Kevin Youkilis hit a two-run homer and Dustin Pedroia added a solo shot for Boston.
