OAKLAND, Calif., April 11 (UPI) -- A concussion has knocked Golden State guard Monta Ellis out of action for the final two games of the regular season.
Ellis, 25, suffered a Grade 2 concussion when he fell to the floor and hit his head in the final minute of a 104-103 home loss to Sacramento Sunday.

Ellis, who leads the team in scoring with a 24.1 average, was hospitalized overnight for observation and was released Monday.
The Warriors, out of the playoff picture at 35-45, had a game scheduled Monday in Denver and play Portland at home Wednesday, wrapping up their season.
