NBA: Washington 115, Cleveland 107

WASHINGTON, April 1 (UPI) -- Rookie Jordan Crawford put together his first career triple-double Friday in bringing Washington a 115-107 win over Cleveland .

In a meeting of the two worst teams in the Eastern Conference, Washington improved its chances of avoiding last place. The Wizards increased their lead over Cleveland to four games by winning for the 19th time all season.

Andray Blatche had career bests with 36 points and 19 rebounds for Washington. Crawford produced his milestone with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists.

The Wizards pulled off the rare win without rookie point guard John Wall, who served a one-game suspension for his part in an altercation with Miami's Zydrunas Ilgauskas Wednesday.

Cleveland was led by 26 points from Ramon Sessions. The Cavaliers have lost two in a row after stunning Miami Tuesday.

The Wizards and Cavaliers have combined to post a 34-116 record this season.
