COL BKB (W): Gonzaga 76, Louisville 69

SPOKANE, Wash., March 27 (UPI) -- Courtney Vandersloot pumped in 29 points Saturday, boosting Gonzaga to a 76-69 victory over Louisville in the NCAA Women's Tournament Spokane Regional.

Vandersloot recorded seven steals to go with five rebounds and Janelle Bekkering added 15 points for the 11th-seeded Bulldogs (31-4), who go on to face top-seeded Stanford in the Elite Eight Monday.

The Cardinal advanced with a 72-65 win over North Carolina Saturday.

Kelly Bowen added 12 points and seven rebounds and Katelan Redmon chipped in with 10 and seven for Gonzaga, which shot 43.9 percent from the field.

Shoni Schimmel scored 18 points, Keshia Hines added 17 and Tia Gibbs chipped in with 16 and five assists for the seventh-seeded Cardinals (22-13).
