PHILADELPHIA, March 23 (UPI) -- Lou Williams finished with 17 points off the bench Wednesday, sparking a fourth-quarter surge that gave the Philadelphia 76ers a 105-100 win over Atlanta.
Trailing 80-74 entering the final frame, the Sixers went on a decisive 11-0 run, begun when Williams sank three free-throws after being fouled by Marvin Williams on a 3-point shot attempt.

Thaddeus Young and Andre Iguodala contributed 16 points each and Jodie Meeks made five treys en route to 15 points for Philadelphia, which moved to within 2 1/2 games of the Hawks for the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference.
Josh Smith led Atlanta with 33 points and 12 boards while Kirk Hinrich and Williams scored 16 points each.
