NBA: Washington 103, Minnesota 96

WASHINGTON, March 5 (UPI) -- John Wall's 18 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists Saturday sparked the Washington Wizards to a 103-96 victory over Minnesota.

The Timberwolves lost despite a 50th straight double-double by Kevin Love, who is now only one shy of Moses Malone's post-merger NBA record of 51 consecutive double-doubles, set in the 1978-79 season.
