NBA: Charlotte 114, Toronto 101

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 22 (UPI) -- D.J. Augustin pumped in 23 points and dished off eight assists Tuesday, sparking the Charlotte Bobcats to a 114-101 decision over Toronto.

Gerald Wallace added 20 points and six rebounds and Boris Diaw contributed 16 points and nine helpers as the Bobcats topped the .500 mark at home (15-14) while making a push for an Eastern Conference playoff spot.

Gerald Henderson came off the bench to pop in 15 points and Nazr Mohammed dominated the glass with 14 boards for the victors.

Toronto, meanwhile, dropped a franchise record-tying 11th straight road game and fell to 5-24 away from home.

Sonny Weems scored 19 points and Andrea Bargnani chipped in with 18 and eight rebounds for the Raptors.
