COL BKB: North Carolina 78, Wake Forest 64

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Feb. 15 (UPI) -- No. 19 North Carolina used 18 points and nine rebounds from Tyler Zeller to hand Atlantic Coast Conference rival Wake Forest a 78-64 defeat Tuesday.

Harrison Barnes added 17 points and John Henson chipped in with 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Tar Heels (19-6, 9-2 ACC), who won a second straight game after absorbing a loss to Duke last week.

Leslie McDonald contributed 13 points and eight boards and North Carolina won despite shooting only 36.6 percent from the floor. The Tar Heels made it up at the foul line, where they connected on 21-of-28 attempts.

J.T. Terrell connected for 18 points and Gary Clark donated 13 for the Demon Deacons (8-18, 1-10), who couldn't repeat last year's upset in Chapel Hill.
