EDMONTON, Alberta, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Bobby Ryan scored twice and Jonas Hiller notched his fifth shutout of the season Sunday in the Anaheim Ducks' 4-0 defeat of Edmonton.
Ryan scored his 26th goal of the year with less than 4 minutes remaining in the second period for a 3-0 Ducks lead and added his 27th only 5 minutes later in Anaheim's sixth win in seven games.
Hiller didn't have to work overly hard to claim his 11th career whitewash, facing only 12 shots.
Teemu Selanne and Brandon McMillan also scored for the Ducks, who forged a tie with the Dallas Stars atop the Pacific Division.
Devan Dubnyk started in net for the Oilers, allowing four goals on 15 shots before being pulled in favor of Nikolai Khabibulin, who turned aside all seven shots he saw.
