WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Tony Parker and George Hill scored 18 points apiece Saturday, pacing the San Antonio Spurs to a 118-94 win over Washington.
It was a strong offensive turnaround for the Spurs, who scored 47 more points than they did the night before in a loss to Philadelphia. Parker pointed the way by scoring 14 points in the first quarter.

San Antonio held a 27-point lead by halftime en route to its 11th straight win over the Wizards and its fifth game in seven outings, all on the road.
The Spurs have an NBA-best record of 45-9.
The Wizards got 16 points each from Andray Blatche and Cartier Martin.
Washington has lost nine of 10 and is mired in last place in the Eastern Conference's Southeast Division at 14-38.
