NBA: New Orleans 99, Orlando 93

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Willie Green led New Orleans with 24 points Friday and the Hornets held Orlando to a single field goal over the final 6:39 to down the Magic 99-93.

New Orleans ended a four-game losing streak by limiting Orlando to 13 points in the fourth period.

Orlando rallied from a 14-point deficit in the third period to tie the score heading into the final quarter, but the Magic went cold down the stretch and had a two-game winning streak snapped. Orlando made just 1-of-10 shots from the field during the latter half of the fourth period and turned the ball over four times.

David West added 17 points and 17 rebounds for the Hornets and Chris Paul had 15.

Dwight Howard scored 20 points to go with 17 rebounds for Orlando, but he converted on just 4-of-12 from the foul line.
