COLUMBIA, S.C., Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Erving Walker led a hot Florida shooting performance Wednesday and the No. 19 Gators coasted past South Carolina 79-60.
Walker was 7-of-9 from the field and hit 4-of-5 from 3-point range while scoring 25 points. Florida shot 55 percent as a team to win for the sixth time in seven games.

The Gators (19-5, 8-2 Southeastern Conference) lost to South Carolina by three points last month.
Vernon Macklin added 16 points for Florida, which scored the game's first nine points and had an 11-point halftime lead. South Carolina (13-9, 4-5) was led by Bruce Ellington with 14 points.
The Gamecocks have lost four of five.
