COL BKB: Purdue 67, Indiana 53

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Feb. 8 (UPI) -- E'Twaun Moore scored 25 points and hauled down eight rebounds for No. 12 Purdue, which bested intrastate rival Indiana 67-53 Tuesday.

JaJuan Johnson added 15 points, grabbed eight boards and blocked four shots while Lewis Jackson chipped in with 13 points for the Boilermakers (19-5, 8-3 Big Ten), who remained undefeated at home with their latest victory.

Moore's 3-pointer 8 minutes into the game put Purdue ahead for good at 18-16 and sparked a 10-2 run that ended with another Moore trey, and the Boilermakers went on to post a 34-21 halftime lead.

Will Sheehey led Indiana (12-13, 3-9) with 14 points and Jordan Hulls added 13 for the Hoosiers, who haven't won at West Lafayette since 2006.
