ARLINGTON, Texas, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Hines Ward Tuesday denied a report he and teammates visited a Dallas strip club shortly after arriving for Super Bowl XLV.
A Dallas Morning News reporter wrote he saw Ward, teammate Ike Taylor and several other Steelers spend Monday night at the Dallas Gentleman's Club, where Ward reportedly "tossed out dollars while receiving lap dances. Other Steelers joined him."
The report said the Steelers players eventually appeared on the club's stage, posing and dancing with strippers.
Asked about the story Tuesday during Super Bowl Media Day, Hines told reporters, "I wasn't there."
When asked if he had gone out Monday, Hines admitted he did, but when pressed to say where he had gone, he answered with a laugh, saying, "None of your business."
