COL BKB: Texas A&M 64, Kansas State 56

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Khris Middleton scored 18 points Saturday, including four key free throws late in No. 10 Texas A&M's 64-56 victory over No. 24 Kansas State.

Middleton hit two foul shots with 1:32 remaining in the game to give Texas A&M a five-point edge, and after the Wildcats had cut the Aggies' lead to two with a minute left, B.J. Holmes and Middleton connected on two more free throws each to seal the win.

Middleton added seven rebounds while Holmes, Kourtney Roberson and Naji Hibbert each chipped in with nine points for the Aggies (17-2, 4-1 Big 12).

Kansas State (13-7, 1-4) was led by Jacob Pullen with 21 points, and Curtis Kelly donated 15 and 11 boards as the Wildcats lost for the fourth time in five games.
