COL BKB: Georgetown 80, Seton Hall 75

NEWARK, N.J., Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Austin Freeman and Chris Wright sank key free throws in the final seconds Tuesday, enabling No. 23 Georgetown to top Seton Hall 80-75.

Wright's foul shot with 52 seconds left put the Hoyas (14-5, 3-4 Big East) ahead for good at 74-73, and both he and Freeman made a pair of free throws in the closing seconds to preserve the win.

Freeman finished with 28 points, Wright added 15 and six assists and Hollis Thompson contributed 14 points as Georgetown broke a three-game losing streak.

Seton Hall (8-11, 2-5) was led by Jeff Robinson with 21 points and Jordan Theodore chipped in with 17 points and five assists before fouling out.
