COL BKB: Duquesne 78, Temple 66

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Bill Clark notched 22 points and Duquesne started the game with a 22-2 run Saturday en route to a 78-66 win over No. 23 Temple.

Clark grabbed six rebounds, Eric Evans contributed 13 points and Mike Talley added 11 for the Dukes (11-5, 3-0 A-10).

Talley's 3-pointer gave the Dukes a 10-0 lead, and Clark added a trey and a pair of free throws to extend Duquesne's advantage to 22-2 midway through the first half.

The Owls (12-4, 3-1), who lost for only the second time in 11 games, were led by Ramone Moore with 18 points.
