NBA: Utah 131, New York 125

SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Deron Williams and C.J. Miles both scored 24 points Wednesday in leading the Utah Jazz to a 131-125, shootout victory over New York.

The teams combined to make 84-of-154 attempts from the field and they tried 51 shots from 3-point range, making 24.

Miles was good on 10-of-16 shots in a reserve role, helping the Jazz win for the fourth time in six games. Al Jefferson contributed 19 points, Raja Bell had 18 and Paul Millsap scored 17.

Utah had seven players in double figures.

New York was led by Shawne Williams with 25. The Knicks completed a four-game road trip at 2-2.
