San Antonio's 13-2 run during that span gave the Spurs a nine-point lead and they then held off a Milwaukee comeback bid to win their fourth straight.

Ginobili scored 23 points and had seven rebounds. Matt Bonner added 17 points in a reserve role and Tim Duncan scored 16.

After closing within a point with less than 3 minutes to play, Milwaukee missed its final five shots and turned the ball over twice. John Salmons led the Bucks with 17 points and Andrew Bogut had 15 points to go with 14 rebounds.
