NBA: Dallas 103, Oklahoma City 93

OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Jason Terry scored seven straight points in the fourth quarter Monday, keying the Dallas Mavericks' 103-93 victory over Oklahoma City.

Terry took over the game with 9 minutes remaining, erasing an 84-83 Thunder lead with a 3-pointer and two more jumpers, and Caron Butler added a trey to put the Mavs ahead 93-86 with 5:12 left.

Terry scored 11 of his 13 points in the final frame and Dallas pulled out the win despite the absence of Dirk Nowitzki, who left after landing awkwardly on his ankle early in the second quarter.

Shawn Marion contributed 20 points and nine rebounds, Butler tallied 21 points and Jason Kidd chipped in with 10 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds for the Mavs, who won their fifth straight and 17th in 18 games.

Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 28 points and James Harden contributed 18.
