The game-winner came after the Cardinals (5-10) blew a 21-3 first-half lead and allowed the Cowboys to take their first lead with 1:41 left on Stephen McGee's 37-yard TD toss to Miles Austin.

But David Buehler missed his first extra-point kick of the year after the score and the Cowboys (5-10) ended up losing by a single point.

Skelton completed 11-of-25 passes for 183 yards, no interceptions and a score. Andre Roberts caught five of them for 110 yards and a touchdown for the victors.

John Kitna started for Dallas, going 12-of-20 for 115 yards, but was intercepted twice and left the game late in the first half with a hip-pointer.

McGee played the second half, connecting on 11-of-17 passes for 111 yards.
