DENVER, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Carmelo Anthony and Ty Lawson combined for 47 points Saturday and Denver withstood a career-high 43 points by Kevin Love for a 115-113 win over Minnesota.
Anthony finished with 24 points and Lawson had 23 with nine assists. J.R. Smith provided another 18 off the bench.

Love, who scored the game's final seven points, had a double-double with 17 rebounds
Michael Beasley contributed 17 points for Minnesota, which sustained its fifth consecutive loss.
