COL BKB: Ohio State 79, South Carolina 57

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- Jared Sullinger scored 30 points and grabbed 19 rebounds in a dominating performance Saturday, powering No. 2 Ohio State to a 79-57 rout of South Carolina.

Sullinger went 10-of-17 from the field and made 9-of-12 free throws for the Buckeyes (10-0), who were deadly from the charity stripe, hitting 21-of-28 foul shots overall.

William Buford added 12 points and Jon Diebler chipped in with 11 for the victors.

Sam Muldrow led the Gamecocks (7-2) with 14 points and eight rebounds.

South Carolina was plagued by 15 turnovers and got only three points from the free throw line in the one-sided loss.
