TORONTO, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- A 3-pointer by Leandro Barbosa with 14.9 seconds left Friday gave Toronto a five-point lead and the Raptors went on to defeat New Jersey 98-92.

New Jersey returned to its losing ways after having ended an eight-game skid 24 hours earlier against Washington. The Nets have won only two road games this season and have yet to beat a division opponent in six tries.

Andrea Bargnani scored 32 points for the Raptors, Calderon had 15 and Barbosa scored 10 off the bench.

New Jersey was led by 20 points from Brook Lopez.
