DENVER, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili's basket with 4.2 seconds left gave San Antonio the lead and the Spurs beat Denver 113-112 when Ginobili drew a charging foul on Carmelo Anthony.
After putting in the decisive basket, Ginobili cut off Anthony as the Nuggets forward drove for what might have been the winning score as time expired. Anthony was called for the charge and the Spurs (22-3) picked up their seventh straight victory.

San Antonio, which is off to its best 25-game start ever, got 28 points, 16 rebounds and four blocked shots from Tim Duncan, who was 12-of-18 from the field.
The Nuggets had carried a 10-game home winning streak into the contest.
