COL BKB: Texas 70, North Florida 48

AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Cory Joseph and Gary Johnson teamed up to score 35 points Tuesday and No. 25 Texas rolled to a 70-48 victory over North Florida.

Joseph scored 18 points, Johnson added 17 and grabbed 12 rebounds and Tristan Thompson notched nine points and eight rebounds for the Longhorns (8-2), who won for the fifth time in six games.

Jordan Hamilton chipped in with nine points and six rebounds for the victors, who started the game with a 17-5 run, capped by Joseph's 3-pointer 10:40 into the contest.

Jerron Granberry and Brian Holmes each scored 10 points North Florida (4-6).
