NBA: Indiana 100, Charlotte 92

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Danny Granger led all five starters in double figures with 18 points Friday and the Indiana Pacers held on for a 100-92 victory over Charlotte.

The Pacers made 13 shots from 3-point range compared with just three for the Bobcats, who have lost in each of their last five trips to Indianapolis.

Indiana took a 10-point lead into the final period and fought off the Bobcats -- thanks in part to 16 points from Brandon Rush, 15 from Mike Dunleavy and 13 points, along with 14 rebounds, from Roy Hibbert.

Charlotte has dropped its last six road games. Gerald Wallace paced the Bobcats with 26 points and 13 rebounds.
