Brady threw for four touchdowns and 326 yards in New England's win over Detroit. He's won the weekly honor 16 times before.

Polamalu was cited for his six tackles, one sack and a forced fumble in the Steelers' win over Baltimore. It's his fourth weekly honor.

Hodges averaged 43.3 yards per punt and spotted two inside the 20-yard line in Cleveland's win over Miami. His 13 punts inside of the 10-yard line are tops in the NFL.
