NBA: Chicago 99, Oklahoma City 90

CHICAGO, Dec. 6 (UPI) -- Carlos Boozer scored 29 points and the Chicago Bulls blew open a close game with a big third quarter Monday in their 99-90 win over Oklahoma City.

Chicago led by five points at the half. Boozer scored the Bulls' first seven points of the third quarter to ignite a 12-4 run and Derrick Rose (11 points) connected on a 40-foot 3-pointer at the buzzer to put Chicago up 82-66 after three quarters.

Boozer grabbed 12 rebounds. Luol Deng contributed 19 points and eight rebounds and Kyle Korver added 13 points off the bench for the victors.

Kevin Durant led Oklahoma City with 29 points and Nenad Krstic donated 18 points and six rebounds.
