COL BKB: Gonzaga 86, Eastern Washington 57

SPOKANE, Wash., Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Steven Gray scored 18 points and No. 24 Gonzaga went 11-of-16 from 3-point territory Tuesday in a 86-57 rout of Eastern Washington.

Gray connected on 6-of-9 3-point tries and distributed five assists while Mathis Monninghoff was 5-of-5 from long range en route to 13 points for the Bulldogs (4-2).

Gonzaga got off to a quick start, beginning the game with a 14-5 run capped by Gray's 3-pointer. The Bulldogs went on to post a 49-20 halftime advantage.

Robert Sacre chipped in with 13 points and Sam Dower contributed 11.

Jeffrey Forbes led Eastern Washington (1-5) with 18 points.
