MEMPHIS, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Mike Conley scored 28 points and Rudy Gay blocked a potential game-winning shot Tuesday in the Memphis Grizzlies' 98-96 decision over the Los Angeles Lakers.
Gay ended with 14 points and six blocks, the last coming as the Lakers' Ron Artest attempted to launch a potential game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer.

Zach Randolph chipped in with 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds as the Grizzlies won for the fourth time in five games.
The Lakers dropped a third straight contest for the first time since late last season.
Kobe Bryant led Los Angeles with 29 points and Pau Gasol contributed 15 points and 14 rebounds.
