Letang made it 2-0 with 8 minutes left in the second period when he moved down from the left point, took a pass from Sidney Crosby and blasted a one-timer past New York goalie Henrik Lundqvist.
Conner added a third-period score and Pascal Dupuis chipped in with a pair of assists for Pittsburgh, which last lost Nov. 15 to the Rangers.
Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 25-of-26 shots for the victors.
