NHL: N.Y. Rangers 2, Nashville 1 (SO)

NASHVILLE, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Erik Christensen's shootout goal capped the New York Rangers' comeback Saturday, a 2-1 victory over Nashville.

The Rangers trailed 1-0 for most of the game after Colin Wilson's goal for Nashville early in the first period.

But they finally tied it with 7 minutes left in regulation when Ryan Callahan put a rebound of a Michael Del Zotto shot past Predators goalie Pekka Rinne.

Christensen scored on Rinne in the shootout's first round, and Henrik Lundqvist made saves on all three Nashville shooters to secure the Rangers' win.

Henrik Lundqvist ended with 29 saves and Rinne stopped 23-of-24 shots for the Predators.
