KALAMAZOO, Mich., Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Mike Tisdale netted 18 points and No. 19 Illinois won its first true road game of the season Saturday, dispatching Western Michigan 78-63.
Tisdale grabbed seven rebounds, Brandon Paul contributed 14 points and Mike Davis chipped in with 12 points for the Fighting Illini (6-1).

Demetri McCamey scored eight points, including a key 3-pointer to give Illinois a 25-11 lead, and distributed 10 assists for the victors.
The Broncos (1-3) dropped to 0-4 in all-time meetings with Illinois. They were led by Matt Stainbrook with 16 points.
