NHL: Vancouver 4, Colorado 2

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Daniel Sedin scored a goal Wednesday and teamed with his twin brother to pile up four points in helping Vancouver defeat Colorado 4-2.

Sedin's goal, coming midway through the second period, gave the Canucks the lead for good. The winning goal, however, came from Ryan Kesler 3:52 into the third that put Vancouver in front 3-1.

Henrik Sedin assisted on his brother's goal and both Sedins assisted on an insurance score by Alex Burrows with 6:53 to go in the third.

Vancouver snapped a four-game losing streak with Roberto Luongo stopping 21-of-23 shots.

Craig Anderson started in goal for the Avalanche, but left after one period with a groin injury. Peter Budaj gave up three goals on 12 shots in the final 40 minutes and was charged with the loss.
